Sales and Marketing Officer

Chocolate Films produces video content for museums, art galleries, charities and corporate clients. We run Chocolate Films as a social enterprise, and use profits from the video production services to support a wide range of filmmaking experiences for children, young people and vulnerable adults.
We are currently looking for a new Sales and Marketing Officer to join the team in London. You will be working with the Business Development Officer and Digital Marketing Officer, supporting on Sales and Marketing tasks as well as developing your own projects.
We are looking for a candidate with a keen interest in video production, who is knowledgeable about social media and digital marketing trends and who has experience in sales or working directly with clients.
Sales tasks include:
Drafting quotes and setting budgets
Collating information for and preparing competitive tenders
Writing copy for proposals
Responding to new enquiries
Managing your own end-to-end sales process
Occasionally attending meetings to pitch your ideas to clients
Marketing tasks include:
Creating and running organic and paid social media campaigns on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter
Collating information for, writing and sending the weekly Chocolate Films newsletter
Events marketing and organisation
Updating the company's websites
Writing and publishing blog posts

Experience with the following tools is beneficial:
HubSpot, Xero, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Mailchimp, WordPress, Google Suite, Photoshop
Payment: Annual salary of £21,950 to £23,250 depending on experience.
Employment is contingent on a clean extended DBS check.
Duration: An initial 6 month trial period with a view to a longer term position.
Regular working week Monday to Friday 9.00 - 6pm. Time off in lieu offered for extra hours.
Holidays: 20 days holiday per year, plus bank holidays.
