Responsibilities

The successful candidates could be responsible on any given day for liaising with Facilities, Reception and Production to understand the client hospitality requirements of the facility, anticipating client needs and fulfilling food and beverage requests efficiently and accurately. They will undertake runs for Dispatch as required, ensuring outgoing and incoming film and digital assets are tracked and managed appropriately.

Amongst other duties, the successful candidate will compile and execute the overtime refreshments orders within the facility, ensuring that the petty cash and receipts correspond at the end of the late shift.

They will also undertake regular reviews to ensure the facility looks at its optimum, taking corrective action and escalating issues where required, as well as identifying areas to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the facility, agreeing and implementing such changes with the Facilities team. They will also contribute proactively to team meetings and act as an ambassador when representing Facilities outside the department.
Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Media, Film, Production or a related field
Previous paid or unpaid experience within a client-facing role, ideally within a Post Production environment
The ability to work to tight deadlines in a pressurised environment, prioritise and multi-task effectively
The ability to work with a wide variety of stakeholders including high-profile clients, understanding the importance of relationship building within the Post Production industry
The ability to handle conflicts constructively and diplomatically
The attitude of a self-starter who can work effectively within a team
