As a Runner you will be required to do the following:* Act as support to manager with day to day office tasks including answering phones/cover reception as required* Support with setting up meeting rooms with refreshments and anything else needed for the meetings* Check calendar daily to anticipate meetings* Ensure that meeting room is cleaned up after meetings, load dishwasher and or wash up* Organise post daily, handing out internally as well as dropping letters and parcels at the post office.* Provide back up with support to other runners in TV Department/General Office when busy with clients from time to time* Pick up and deliver job related items, such as equipment, tapes and scripts.* Purchase refreshments and supplies as and when required* Daily stock check of all refreshments in the kitchens insuring tea, coffee, sugar and milk is stocked at all times* Daily (am) collect and deliver milk to each floor* Daily stock check and organizing of stationary cupboard* Regularly tidying kitchens throughout the day* General administrative supportQualificationsKey Responsibilities:* Must have a related and recent BA / BSc degree or A-levels (or equivalent)* Enthusiastic and proactive* Excellent communication skills both oral and written* Proven strong organizational skills and detail-oriented* Good understanding of Microsoft Office applications; Word, Excel and PowerPoint* Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet strict deadlines* Strong work ethic and ability to work as a team player* Confidence to liaise effectively with all levels of management and the wider team
