Goodbye Kansas is looking to welcome an enthusiastic and diligent Runner to the London team. This is a key role within the organisation and would suit a recent VFX graduate or someone with a keen interest in VFX. We are looking for someone who would like to develop their skills in VFX Editing, as there are plenty of opportunities to learn and grow within this department. Our studio is growing so it's an exciting time to join the company.

You will be responsible for helping to keep the studio running smoothly, including (but not limited) to the following duties:

Greeting visitors and providing hospitality for client visits
Supporting the office operations with ad-hoc administrative tasks
Buying / collecting office supplies
Keeping control of the petty cash/ keeping all receipts
Updating the expenses spreadsheet & taking photos of receipts weekly
Reference gathering and research as requested
Deliveries and collections to nearby studios
Setting up desks and workstations
Ordering lunches and dinners for busy staff
Ensuring the studio is clean and tidy and well stocked
Always be prepared for random tasks
Be friendly and have fun :)
Alongside these duties, you will have the opportunity to get involved in some exciting projects and develop your skills.
