What you'll be doing:
* Delivering high quality retouching services to support our global product release schedule.
* Following the MADE.com image and Retouching guidelines.
* Producing product and lifestyle imagery which are consistent, accurate and realistic.
* Liaising with the product team.
* Creating various image assets in a fast paced environment.
* Composing eye-catching, on-brand visual merchandising imagery for the MADE.com site and social channels.

What you'll need:
* Minimum 2 years in a similar role, with a portfolio demonstrating your retouch work across the retail and ecommerce sector.
* Fluency in Photoshop, ability to work with complicated layer structures.
* Able to work under pressure to tight deadlines and adopt our unique inhouse workflow.
* Scrupulous attention to detail.
* Excellent colour correction and compositing skills.
* Keen to learn and receive Retouching feedback.
* A team player who can deal with a diverse range of retouch requests.
* A flexible and accommodating attitude.
* Organised working methodology.
* Great written and verbal communication skills.
* Someone passionate, motivated, and curious.
