The Resourcing & Talent Advisor exists to deliver specialist resourcing advice and delivery of recruitment services to the BBC Studios workforce, and to employees at all levels. The role advises Hiring Managers based on information received and knowledge of policy and process; Understands issues and problems and manages them accordingly.The role of Resourcing and Talent Advisor is to lead on the delivery of the full resourcing life-cycle and to collaborate with the wider specialist team to manage and deliver more complex specialist resourcing projects and deliverables.At BBC Studios, we seek people who are passionate about who we are and what we do. This role is essential to ensuring our continued success.You'll support across two business areas: Scripted Production and Distribution, working with the two Lead Recruiters for the business areas.Role ResponsibilityOur Resourcing and Talent Advisor will be required to provide advice and recommendations to hiring managers on recruitment policy, approaches and sourcing options, in order to attract the best candidates for the BBC.You'll partner with the hiring managers to confirm job descriptions, and clarify competency profiles, in addition to ensuring the manager is aware of the variety of selection/assessment toolkits available. You will use your creative flair to tell the story of BBC Studios and the opportunity in the advertising copy to appeal to a varied audience to support the message that BBC as an 'Employer of Choice'. In addition, you'll participate in candidate evaluation and selection process, including initial screening & shortlisting.You will also ensure interviewers are competent and trained in the chosen interview approach, aligned to BBC Studios policy.
