The Distillery are looking for a researcher / AP to help us drive our commissions forward.

Initially we are offering a 1 month contract, ideally we are looking for someone to join the team on a longer term basis after 1 month. (we are looking for someone to start asap, in the next few weeks)

Pay based on your experience (a guide rate is £170 per day)

Key skills required

Initiate, develop and develop ideas and turn them into treatments to pitch to commissioners

Research stories and programme ideas for online and broadcast

Research contributors and reccie possible locations

Put together vision decks for pitches

Dealing with wide audiences and sensitive subject matters

Have a knowledge of the commissioning space and an understanding of key audiences

Nice to have experience:

Shooting taster tapes

Experience in both short and long form
