ITV's Lorraine is this year celebrating its host Lorraine Kelly's incredible 35 years in broadcasting - with ratings the highest they have been in five years.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Researcher to join our dynamic team and to be a part of one of Daytime television's most talked about shows.

Working in a day team, you'll come up with original, diverse and compelling ways of telling stories for our audience - covering news, celebrity guests, and a range of human interest and lifestyle stories and features.

You'll have lots of ideas and a good knowledge of current affairs. You will be responsible for researching programme items, writing briefs and scripts as well as edit material for the show. You'll also brief guests and on-screen talent and therefore must feel comfortable interacting with lots of different people from different backgrounds and seniority levels.

The successful applicant will ideally have a strong journalistic ability, creative flair and be well organised as well as have worked in a live daily show previously. From time to time you may be required to work long hours and some Bank Holidays which time will be given back to you as Days Off in Lieu (DOIL).

Experience of adhering to OFCOM regulations with good legal and compliance knowledge is desirable.
