Coda Post Production is a well-established Post Production house, specialising in high end video and audio from commercials to promos to documentaries and feature films.

We have a role opening up in our facility and looking for an exceptional candidate as our Receptionist / Runner. This role will suit an applicant wanting to break into either the video side of post production or post producing / bookings and training in these areas will be provided. Your duties will include:

Being a first point of contact on behalf of Coda for all clients
Maintaining an immaculately-presented facility
Answering or redirecting phone and email enquiries
Providing refreshments for clients
Running any errands requested by clients or staff
Liaising with operational and managerial staff to ensure the seamless delivery of our service
Providing exceptional customer service when carrying out duties
Assisting in other areas where necessary

The ideal candidate would have:
A solid educational background
Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
An ability to understand client needs and a keen ability to prioritise under time pressure
To be flexible and adaptable to ensure client's needs are met
The ability to remain calm
A good knowledge of post production techniques
Full computer literacy with experience of video post production software
The desire to learn and grow with the company and want to pursue a career in post production

Training will be provided to ensure the ideal candidate is able to progress in video and take on more responsibility within the facility.
