Publisher Account Manager

London

The Digiteka team continues to grow in the UK and Internationally as more and more premium media publishers deploy it's innovative Smart Video Player which guarantees performance KPIs, optimises inventory growth at scale and maximises revenue potential.

This Publisher Account Manager role covers Editorial, Video player & Advertising Operations, a central touchpoint across the main areas of the business working directly with industry-leading premium media publishers including Dennis Publishing, Future Plc & Kelsey Media.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior account manager with 1 year+ experience within the publishing, media or ad tech industry to join a dynamic, successful & growing international digital media company.

Overview of main job functions
Day-to-day account management of UK & International publisher clients
Overseeing the implementation, performance & ongoing UX of the Digiteka Smart Player on publisher sites
Responsibility for updating & maintaining Digiteka's video catalogue
Daily moderation of the Digiteka's Smart Video Player on Publisher website articles
Review and analysis of player performance using analytics dashboards, including monthly reporting
Supporting the Head of UK Operations & working collaboratively with the wider UK & International teams as required
Requirements for the role
Essential requirements
Native UK / English language
At least 1 year working experience within the UK online publishing or ad tech industry
Strong interest in the UK News & media industry, including digital video, technology & advertising
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently & proactively within a fast-paced startup environment
Excellent organizational, time management and project management skills with the ability to multitask
Start-up culture mentality, autonomy/self-sufficiency, detail oriented, people person, analytical mind, good tech culture, customer-oriented, team player
Proactive, energetic and excited by a challenge
Non-Essential Requirements
Bachelor's degree in relevant area a plus: Media, Technology, IT, Journalism, Advertising
Experience of using source code editing softwares such as Notepad ++ a plus
Knowledge of JavaScript and HTML is a big plus!
