The Royal Opera House produces some of the best opera and ballet in the world and is seeking to appoint a full time Prop Maker on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will manufacture, repair and modify stage props for the performing companies in accordance with requirements and traditions, whilst working to the highest international standards.

The successful candidates will have:

Degree in Theatrical Art and Design or other relevant qualification
Extensive experience making props to the highest standards for a major theatrical organisation
Team working experience within a complex and busy prop-making Department.
Experience realising the artistic ambitions of designers with an international reputation.
Demonstrable ability to supervise the making and buying of props.
