Conde Nast's Digital Directories and Shops products contribute to and augment the commercial revenue across its portfolio. Existing Directories include The List by House & Garden, Tatler Address Book, The Interiors Index and Vanity Fair Art. Shops are supported across multiple titles and both Directories and Shops continue to grow and see further brand expansion.

We are looking for an ambitious, dynamic, highly motivated and enthusiastic Project Coordinator to work within a growing team on the development of Condé Nast Shops and Directories across multiple titles.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
Assisting with the day-to-day running of a digital platform, across multiple titles, working with digital, sales and production teams to ensure the smooth running of Shops (and occasionally assisting with Directories), uploading products and content.
Supporting and ensuring all content is accurate and published to deadline, updating information where necessary, as well as selecting and cropping imagery and subbing/editing copy where required.
Working closely with the Business Director to provide on-page optimisation recommendations and support development of keyword-targeted content.
Working with the social team to optimise engagement and growth as well as creating sponsored social campaigns.
Working with AdOps to create monthly advertising units, to promote Shops.
Creating monthly engagement reports to share with the sales teams.
Solving technical issues and challenges with the digital and product team as they arise.
General troubleshooting.

Essential Skills & Requirements
Proficient working with content management systems, and using and acting on key analytic web tools, Inc. Google Analytics.
Experience in conducting technical SEO audit and research.
Proficient in Photoshop, Excel, Gmail and Google Docs.
Experience with Ads Manager.
Experience with SEO and ensuring strong key words are employed.
Meticulous time management skills, especially when working to tight deadlines.
Strong written and good subbing/copywriting skills.
Excellent organisational skills.
A meticulous eye for detail and accuracy.
Unflappable under pressure.
