Trickbox TV is looking for an office-based Project Administrator & Co-ordinator to join their dynamic and growing TV company based in central London.You'll be the first port of call when the team is scattered across the country working on everything from music gigs, corporate webcasts and live TV, so being highly organised, enthusiastic and pro-active is key. It goes without saying that you are a people person, happy to build strong relationships with everyone from runners to CEOs - both over the phone and in person. And if things get busy (which they do!), nothing will falter your can-do attitude and unflappable professional approach.As well as being a whizz at administrative duties and running the office, you'll be booking and scheduling equipment and crew, plus quoting, invoicing and raising purchase orders. You'll also help out with marketing, maintain our social media channels and be an expert at project budget management.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Manage email and telephone enquiries- Manage studio enquiries and bookings- Booking and scheduling suppliers and contractors- Manage travel and transport requirements- Bookkeeping- Administration tasksKEY SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION- A good understanding of all Microsoft packages, including Word and Excel, as well as Google Docs and Sheets- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- High level of accuracy and attention to detail- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines- Experience of budgets- Experience of accounting software packages (preferable)- Minimum of one years relevant experience requiredCONTRACT DETAILS- Full time- £22,000- South Bermondsey (SE16) and London Bridge (SE1 2RR) locations- Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 18:00 (with some flexibility)- Start date: ImmediatelySound like you?
