Programme Co-ordinator

Leeds

We are looking for a Programme Co-ordinator for our training programmes and masterclasses.
Our work spans TV, film, animation and games sectors to support independents from the UK and beyond to grow and enable sustainable businesses.
This is great place to work with a small and innovative team.
Position is full time for a six month trial period (TBD) and then permanent. Salary level £20k PA.
At Indielab, we create accelerators, masterclasses and seminars, taking place both live in the room and through our virtual platform. Our work spans the TV and content sectors to support creators from the UK and beyond to grow and enable sustainable businesses. With world-class trainers and facilitators, we're a small, innovative and empowering team.
The Programme Co-ordinator works closely with members of Indielab's senior leadership team, and plays a critical role assisting in the delivery of our accelerators, masterclasses and seminars, as well as other Indielab initiatives.

Duties and responsibilities:
• Assist the Progamme Producer and Programme Manager with the development of new Indielab programmes, managing timelines and event planning, supporting marketing, editorial, attendee recruitment, talent booking and logistics.
• Assist the Programme Producer and Programme Manager manage these events from conception to completion including assist with on site management and logistics.
• Assist with the Implement of planning strategy for all training and events, assist with structured briefings, management of timelines, adherence to budget, comprehensive delegate management and systematic evaluation of events driving continuous improvement.
• Assist Indielab's sponsorship and funding team as they engage with new partners, assist with supporting relationship building and bespoke delivery for a range of partners and funders.

Skills and Experience:
• Some experience in programme management / event management / production management as production secretary/production co-ordinator or similar.
• Proven record working as part of small teams in fast-paced events environments and managing change with flexibility.
• Experience in the creation of printed and digital materials, under guidance, required for marketing and delivery.
• Strong communication, curiosity and collaboration skills. Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with a wide range of stakeholders and partners.
• Experience of successfully working with remote or distributed teams.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced environment where we navigate the complexities of both scale and crafted experiences.
• Excellent spoken and written communication.
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills, and ability to multi-task.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage a busy workload and work independently or on initiative where required.
• High level of computer experience, using core Microsoft software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), as well as confidence when using new and emerging platforms.

Workplace Conditions:
This position will be based Leeds, although we will also consider candidates who would work flexibly, part-remotely.
