Production Traffic Manager

London

Responsibilities

* Daily management and resourcing of projects and account handling, reporting on statuses, workloads and accounts.
* Providing timely communication between relevant departments including CTV teams, Marketing, Foundation & Cobham team.
* Having a holistic view of content production, including department peak periods and special projects impacting output, to help with the forward planning of projects.
* Communicating the allocations to the teams and dealing with any issues quickly and professionally.
* Coordination of day to day logistics and resources for ad hoc filming and Chelsea internal clients alongside the Production Coordinator - such as camera kit hires, logistics planning and shoots.
* Create clear cost estimations, track spend accurately and report to Senior Production Manager monthly.
* Work with Marketing to collate and share relevant information to the teams to enable projects to run efficiently, including ensuring timely delivery of briefs and confirmation of deliverables for accurate monitoring from briefing stage to delivery.
* Holding regular production meetings and status updates.

PERSONAL SPECIFICATION:

Experience:

Essential
* Project management experience and methodologies knowledge.
* Strong working knowledge of creative and production functions so accurate timelines can be set for jobs.
* Led and co-ordinated campaigns from initial stages through to delivery, ensuring briefs and budgets were met.
* Ensuring the stages of the project are met according to client and creative brief, budget, resource and deadline deliverables.
* Ran traffic processes improving workflows.
* Managed campaign resources and updated key stakeholders on requirements and supply.
* Accurate cost tracking and spend track of creative projects and content experience.
* Proficient with Excel, scoping and spend tracking.
* Proven track record of building close collaborative working relationships, with the ability liaise with all departments in a professional manner.
* Solid knowledge of social media advertising platforms.
* Adept at briefing creative teams and reporting into clients.

Desirable

* Experience in branded content & Sports Production.
* Experience and understanding of technical equipment for video shoots.
* Experience with project management methodologies and software.
