We are seeking an experienced production secretary to work on a weekly magazine show covering the BBC Proms music festival.

Experience of setting up VT shoots, booking kit, travel and producing call sheets essential. Knowledge of Silvermouse, post production paperwork, clearances and working on an OB or multicamera studio setting would be helpful.

This role would suit someone with good people skills, who loves working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for production management.

Contract would start from early July to mid-September.
