We are looking for an experienced Production Secretary to work on a returning Channel 5 documentary series. Commencing mid-May through until December. We are looking for candidates with initiative and experience of working on a high-volume production; confident with good people skills who are able to organise and support a large team, with multiple shooting teams working across the UK. Relevant experience to include assisting with producing call sheets, managing systems to monitor and collate all aspects of production and contributor paperwork, to help with production transportation; they will also be heavily involved in the post-production and clear up procedure so must be confident with music clearances, cue sheets and PASC forms. Attention to detail is paramount. Preferable experience to include working on "albert" and delivering to Channel 5 but not essential. The role will be based in our London office.
