Conscientious, highly organised and methodical Production Secretary required to work on Channel 4's Grand Designs. The contract will initially be for three months with the view to extend until the end of November 2019. The position is based in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire with occasional dates to be worked from our post facility in Central London.

Duties include booking editors, scheduling viewings and raising contracts. Working closely with the editorial team to ensure that programmes are compliant with all release forms and copyright clearances properly secured. Completing post production paperwork (Silvermouse) and providing general production support on an on-going basis.

The position may involve some technical duties such as monitoring usage of the in house camera equipment (FS7s). This could include booking kit in and out as well as ensuring that all servicing and repairs are carried out in a timely and efficient manner. The candidate may also be asked to help with weekly media backups on our LTO media system, therefore some level of technical understanding would be advantageous.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, have a calm level head and be able to demonstrate sound problem solving skills and initiative whilst at the same time know when to ask for help. A love of Excel is essential.
