We are looking for talent for a potential opportunity based in Doha, Qatar, for 1 - 4 years to be part of an embedded Film Production Unit. Arabic speaking candidates are desirable. Experience in TV / Advertising / Video Content production is essential. All successful candidates must have a valid passport and be willing and able to relocate to Qatar. Business visa arrangements and relocation support will be included, and organised through ITN. Salaries will be internationally competitive. Series ProducerThis role will report in to the Executive Producer of the Film Production Unit and is responsible for generating ideas, writing scripts and often directing films for various platforms in order to produce content from start to finish. In this role, you'll bring traditional production expertise to a pioneering format. You'll also work across all our departments (Marketing and Communications) to help transition ideas that have been greenlit to production through delivery. You will be a key voice in building narrative content in unique and compelling ways across different verticals such as scripted, unscripted, and branded series content. What you'll be doing:Conceptualises, writes, produces and edits promotions for films, series, sports events and special presentationsMaintains creative vision and "look and feel" of productions from inception to release. Screens and researches contentDevelops concepts. Writes scripts. Edits content. Directs voice-over talent. Supervises graphics sessions. Selects music if anyManages prescribed deadlinesResponsible for administrative and logistical project oversightDeveloping and maintaining strong working relationship with MarketingExperience:You have experience delivering high-quality scripted, unscripted, and branded content series in TV, film or digital platformsExtensive knowledge of pre, post, and production timelines and workflowsYou thrive in a fast-paced and high energy environmentYou're an enthusiastic team player, both assertive and flexible. Your strategic thinker, and you communicate your ideas effectivelyYou have good interpersonal and diplomatic skills, and creative sensitivityYou have worked and delivered international content beforeWorked and thrived in both B2b & B2C marketplaceAwareness of and compliance with all appropriate regulatory codes and taste and decency guidelines Senior Producer (Advertising)The Producer will support the Executive Producer in overseeing all production and internal and external resources to ensure on-schedule and on-budget delivery of projects. This is a pure production role, in line with the role of a producer in advertising. What you'll be doing:Managing the whole production processDevelop and continually manage project goals, timelines and budgetsWorking closely with the Creative Director and Creative Promo Directors to help them deliver their vision in budgetBooking and managing crew and suppliersClient/Marketing liaisonBooking and managing postproduction either internally or externallyWorking closely with the Head of Production, keeping them up to date with all production logistics, schedules, developments etcLiaising with key talent and music agents on fees, terms and contractsOverseeing the delivery of content to all platformsEnsure proper permitting and clearances as well as brand and copyright compliance throughout all productions Experience:Strong previous experience as a Producer ideally in both an Advertising Agency and Production Company or Broadcast Creative Dept. capacityExtensive knowledge of pre, post, and production timelines and workflowsProven client-facing skills in the Commercials or Video Content industryStrong production all-rounder General production competencies:Excellent organisational skills and ability to multi-task on simultaneous projectsExcellent written and oral communication skills, preferably Arabic as well as EnglishOutstanding project management skillsWorking knowledge of Windows, OSX, and all MS Office ApplicationsReporting skillsAwareness of and compliance with all appropriate regulatory codes and taste and decency guidelines This Job Description identifies the main requirements of the role.
