Production Office Assistant

Film & TV Production Office Trainee Production Office Assistant

We are an award winning production company.

Based in our Leeds office, your duties will include:
To assist in the smooth running of the Production Office; answering phones, dealing with emails handling enquiries, assisting with cast and crew appointments, maintaining the production diary and schedule, e-filing, and general office administration.
Some on set and location duties at different levels of production from corporate to high-end feature film drama.
Familiarity with scriptwriting, photo-shop, word press, and production equipment such as cameras, sound and editing would be advantageous but training will be provided to the right candidate, as well as the possibility of progression to Assistant Producer for scripted drama.

Requirements:
Excellent organizational and communication skills plus flexibility and ability to work with a diverse team.
