Production Manager

Simon's Cat are looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee the day to day production and development of the Simon's Cat content output, liaising with creative, and animation directors to ensure a smooth production process and efficient animation team management. Please note that role will commence in January 2019 Projects: • Simon's Cat short animations • Simon's Cat marketing and promotional videos • Simon's Cat extra content - Logic and Guide To series • Animatic / Content Development • Compilation development and video packaging • Digital Syndication across broadcast and VOD Key Responsibilities: Production management • Animation team management - act as point of call for animators and production crew • Creating and maintaining production budgets • Animation & live action schedules • Liaising with digital and social team to organise delivery of content • Timesheets • Recruitment / employment contracts • CelAction pipeline development • Organising translations and subtitles • Cutting together new concepts/brand ideas • Live action series concepts/arranging shoots/helping with scripts • Weekly production meetings/animation reviews • Supporting the Creative Director with time management Financial • Monthly Production Payroll submission • Cost vs Income analysis across all platforms • Production forecasts, monthly reporting and monitoring output quotas • Liaising with Legal and Accounts teams - Monthly reporting • Making sure all documents are in order for animation tax credit • Inputting all budgets and tracking them within accounting software - PMI • Tracking all overhead spend within PMI • Managing all company expenses • Coding all invoices ensuring they are going to the correct projects
