As an experienced Production Manager you'll be working with the Head of Development and Development Producers to ensure newly generated ideas are effectively costed and planned. You'll over see the forecasting staffing needs for commissioning peaks to ensure the team are delivering world class pitches.

You'll also be managing the budgets on a raft of pilots (which could include TX pilots) as well as managing returning series budgets, maintaining commercial relationships in line with departmental strategies and working closely with Production Managers to ensure smooth transition of projects from development into production.

Are you the right candidate?
You'll be an experienced Production Manager, having managed multiple projects and budgets with the ability to feed into short, medium and long-term financial forecasts for the Children's slate in order to obtain efficiency ratios.

You'll drive innovation, change and ensure continuous improvements are implemented throughout the production process. You'll thrive on remaining calm, organised and focused under pressure, and naturally you'll have excellent influencing, persuading and problem solving skills. As a superb team leader, you'll have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to inspire and develop Production Co-ordinators and Production Management Assistants.
