We are an award-winning independent production company, based in the heart of London, with clients worldwide - currently the USA, Canada, and the UK. We create high-end documentaries and behind-the-scenes content for globally acclaimed film studios and streamers. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Production Manager to join the team on a full-time permanent contract.

Role Requirements and Skills:

• Thrives working in a fast-paced production environment and can work flexibly to fast-changing turnarounds and priorities.
• Highly experienced in creating and managing multiple budgets, cost trackers, and projects across different countries.
• Oversee all production management requirements, including booking and managing high-level crew and equipment and creating and circulating production documents.
• The role demands exceptional attention to detail, especially in data management: planning, managing, and transporting rushes specific to each project's unique requirements.
• Managing accounting with our bookkeeper: reconciling invoices, payroll, and exchange rates.
• We would love the successful candidate to enrich our existing roster of high-level crew.
• Knowledge of working with unions and shooting equipment is preferred.
• Will work closely with the Head of Post-Production to streamline the connection between production and post.

We work with international clients and produce shoots across many different time zones. Therefore, our team functions best when team members are available and willing to respond to time-sensitive client requests during non-regular working hours.
Salary is based on experience and is competitive- a possibility for hybrid work.
