We have an exciting opportunity for a Production Manager, to work in a new large-scale, long-term digital partnership with Channel 4, starting in the coming weeks for just under one year.

4Real will establish a team to manage, develop and produce original digital, multi-platform video content as part of Channel 4's new Digital Creative Unit which is responsible for growing the corporation's presence across digital and social media.

The role will involve working closely with the Head of Production to run the project from a budgetary, logistical and business affairs perspective.

Key responsibilities will include managing the set up of global shoots, creating call sheets and risk assessments, hiring freelance staff and crew, budget management, and managing schedules, dealing with legal queries, booking post facilities, and managing delivery of content and paperwork.

You will need experience of working in a fast-paced production environment, ideally in short-form content, able to juggle multiple tasks and shoots, used to working without constant supervision and managing teams, and must be highly organised, with excellent communication and attention to detail.

This will be based in our London office in Hoxton, with the potential to move to a C4's new regional base in Leeds at the end of the contract. Due to the length of the contract, this will be PAYE tax status.
