Who we're looking for:We have an opportunity for a Production Manager with experience across both live and non-live sports and/or entertainment programming to join our Zwift Productions team. We are Zwift's in-house editorial content studio and we develop, produce and distribute video and audio content that creates deeper engagement with Zwift. Our output includes live coverage of Zwift esports events, magazine programming, podcasts, how-to videos and documentaries which unpack the Zwift product and tell stories of the Zwift community. Our content lives on Zwift owned platforms, as well as TV networks and media partners around the world. We have two studio spaces in the UK (London & Edinburgh) and a global network of filmmakers which enables us to produce much of our content in-house.We are seeking a skilled Production Manager to oversee the production process across our busy slate, coordinating all activities and operations.What you'll do:Oversee the production process across our content portfolio which includes properties such as the UCI Cycling Esports World Championships, the Zwift Racing League, the World of Zwift weekly magazine show, Zwift AcademyManage our overall production calendar and create production schedules for individual projectsAssess resource requirements for each production and create budget estimationsCrew booking and maintenance of our network of freelance staffPlan studio shoots and OBs - call sheets, risk assessments etcOversee delivery of all productions, ensuring each project comes in on time, on budget and to the quality standards/delivery specs expectedStudio / kit maintenance and inventory tracking for our London and Edinburgh facilitiesWhat we're looking for:Experience in broadcast TV and/or branded contentExperience overseeing the production process for both long and short form contentExperience with live and pre-recorded studio shows / OBsExperience in the fields of sport and/or sports entertainmentAbility to run multiple projects simultaneously and manage multiple internal & external stakeholdersMeticulous attention to detail and organisation skillsBonus Points:Knowledge of the cycling industry/broadcast landscapeExperience of managing COVID requirements on sets & shoots How to stand out among the rest:Your resume/CV is enough to show off your skills, accomplishments, and experience.
