Production Manager

London

Job Purpose

The Video Content Agency, inside the Branded Content Department, is our in-house production and post production team, producing high quality global television programming, live streaming and short and long form digital content to our Poker, Casino and Sportsbook businesses.

Reporting to the Lead Production Manager, the key objective of this role is to production manage all departmental output including AFPs, live streaming, ENG shoots, podcasts, webisodes, VOD content, documentaries, integrations, regional productions, social media content and promotional videos.

Key Responsibilities:
* Managing all production logistics including staffing, booking travel, ascertaining technical requirements, co-ordinating shoots, managing talent, supervising on-location shoots, booking edits & programme delivery for our Webcast and TV Teams and for our Social Media Department
* Managing the production to ensure output meets production and broadcast standards
* Assisting with the creation and implementation of budgets for Group approval
* Day to day oversight of the relevant budget, including processing payments through IPOS (our in house payment system), liaising with FP&A and logging accurate spends
* Booking suppliers and negotiating competitive rates within pre-approved budgets
* Liaising with internal teams: Events, Studio, Celebrity Player Management, MMD and PR on logistics and planning
* Overseeing a variety of production companies and suppliers with varying levels of experience and understanding of poker programming
* Putting together and managing supplier contracts with Legal via CROS (our in house system)
* Attending site surveys
* Attending and managing shoots and large outside broadcasts in the UK and abroad
* Supporting the Group's strategic planning and budgeting process
* Establishing, maintaining and enhancing relationships with all team members
