Production Manager
London
This role will be a 'hub' communication role. You will help coordinate production across the EMEA region. You will need to be a proactive individual capable of creating your own networks and knowledge base to become the 'go-to' person for all production matters. This include creating and enforcing production process, scheduling crews, managing budgets, managing the production calendars etc. As there is a strong international component to the role, knowledge of international languages and cultural sensitivities would also be beneficial.
Major Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
Planning and organizing production schedules
Ensuring back up cover is in place when employees are on holiday
Creation and monitoring of all budgets. Aim of coming in within budget
Overseeing the production process
Assessing project and resource requirements
Locating freelancers/3rd party companies for agreed upon deliverables
Working with the tech team to ensure all production equipment is kept up to date and maintained
Ensuring that all VNR's are ingested and reported upon on a timely basis
Manage Associate Producer - workload and assign projects.

Strong relationships with camera crews, editors and producers
Broadcast Solution editorial teams
Commercial production team
Technical /Professional Skills & Competencies:
Essential Skills:
Extensive experience of executing multiple video productions tasks
Experience of developing and implanting production processes
Good customer-facing, writing and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage demanding clients in a high-pressure production environment
Budget management
Desired Skills:
Knowledge of international versioning, languages
Large network of contacts within production industry (commercial & broadcast)
Education/ Certifications:
BSc
