Production Manager

London

This is a new position created as we redesign CreativeDrive, our production unit. The Production manager (and others in this role as the unit grows) will play an important role in bringing to life the work that we write and sell to clients. A hands-on role that will see you producing smaller budget content and supporting productions of a larger scale alongside the experienced management team, directly reporting to the Head of Production. Your role will be based in London at our studios, but also require you to be on location both in the UK and internationally in the planning and execution of projects.

We are very keen to engender an environment of optimism, positivity and a sense of 'can-do' and expect all of our production teams to display this attitude and foster this outlook when selecting crew, hiring into the team or selecting partners to work with.

This is critical for all our productions as we want to constantly push the creative level upwards. We want those producing projects to enable the creative process, seeking to make possible what creatives and Directors wish to achieve, whilst ensuring budgets are managed carefully. We operate a very flat structure and ask all of our employees to take on a lot of responsibility. We empower everyone to work in the best way for them, to manage their own time, to come with ideas and implement them in order to drive their own role forward.
