We are looking for a highly organised and motivated Production Manager to join an exciting new start-up company with a primarily sport-based output. The successful candidate will work across company wide production activity with a key responsibility to manage an ongoing weekly sports magazine show. The role could be full or part-time, subject to discussion, and would start as soon as the right candidate is available.

Ideally a background in sports television production, with an understanding of live productions, post-produced workflows and the ability to manage wider production logistics are desirable. Effective communication skills and the ability to support and be part of a wider team are also essential.

The role will be London based and some more details can be found below:

Role
• Manage budgets and produce weekly cost reports
• Produce risk assessments and look after the wider production health and safety
• End to end management of the magazine show links shoot workflow, from picture capture and post-production to ensuring final delivery to the broadcaster
• Ensuring archive and media is accessed from our magazine show partner and ingested
• Contract staff
• Ensure production compliance
• Travel and logistics
• Creation and distribution of call sheets
• Completion of logs and release forms
• Post-production paperwork
• Floats and expenses

Skills and Experience
• Understanding of PMI or similar cost reporting tools
• Health and Safety practical experience and training. An understanding of Covid protocols
• Ability to work under pressure effectively and professionally
• Ability to be flexible to meet changing work priorities and deadlines
• Good communication skills and the ability to establish effective working relationships across the team
• Computer literacy in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
