Production Manager

London

You will be responsible for overseeing every aspect of the production process and working on multiple jobs across all TCEG clients within the Film Team.

The role involves working closely with our production team, providing support by running, scheduling and delivering projects as per the agreed delivery schedule and requirements. This will include accurate monitoring and profit reporting of expenditure on a regular basis to ensure all projects remain within budget. Ensuring all Health & Safety regulations are adhered to and all relevant risk assessments and associated paperwork are completed.

A thorough understanding and experience of the whole production process, from setting up the pre-production through to managing post-production workflows is essential.

Travel across the TCEG offices may be required on occasion.

What you will be doing

Responding to briefs and pre-production, duties to include:

Managing briefs, SOW and PO's for all new projects
Budgeting projects
Overseeing insurance, licensing and permits for shoots
Arranging and managing internal resource for commissioned projects

Production, duties to include:

Production bookings and logistics
Managing expenditure and ensuring project remains in budget
Liaising with clients and joining calls and attending meetings as required
Supporting wider team on production paperwork including Call Sheets, Release Forms, Risk Assessments, Supply of Services, international paperwork, liaise with internal Health & Safety team
Assisting on location when required

Post-production and delivery, duties to include:

Ensuring delivery to brief, on schedule, in required formats
Overseeing financial reconciliation and reporting
Post-production paperwork - Project Completion checklist
