You will be responsible for overseeing every aspect of the production process and working on multiple jobs across all TCEG clients within the Film Team. The role involves working closely with our production team, providing support by running, scheduling and delivering projects as per the agreed delivery schedule and requirements. This will include accurate monitoring and profit reporting of expenditure on a regular basis to ensure all projects remain within budget. Ensuring all Health & Safety regulations are adhered to and all relevant risk assessments and associated paperwork are completed. A thorough understanding and experience of the whole production process, from setting up the pre-production through to managing post-production workflows is essential. Travel across the TCEG offices may be required on occasion.What you will be doing Responding to briefs and pre-production, duties to include:Managing briefs, SOW and PO's for all new projectsBudgeting projectsOverseeing insurance, licensing and permits for shootsArranging and managing internal resource for commissioned projectsProduction, duties to include:Production bookings and logisticsManaging expenditure and ensuring project remains in budgetLiaising with clients and joining calls and attending meetings as requiredSupporting wider team on production paperwork including Call Sheets, Release Forms, Risk Assessments, Supply of Services, international paperwork, liaise with internal Health & Safety teamAssisting on location when requiredPost-production and delivery, duties to include:Ensuring delivery to brief, on schedule, in required formatsOverseeing financial reconciliation and reportingPost-production paperwork - Project Completion checklistWhat we are looking for Thorough understanding of production processesExperience creating and managing delivery schedulesWorking as part of a team across projects of different sizesStrong financial skillsExperience managing international shootsKnowledge of multi-platform formats and deliverables with the ability to work with different service linesCommercially aware with knowledge of current rates and trendsExcellent negotiation skillsExceptional communications skillsAbility to work under pressure and remain calm in a face-paced environmentExcellent organisational skills and ability to multi-taskExcellent attention to detailOutstanding interpersonal skillsEnthusiastic and highly self-motivated
