Reporting to our Head of Production, the successful applicant will be a leading member of the production team at QTV. The role will work across all of our football production including coordinating production activities and operations. Key Responsibilities
Responsible for the coordination and management of all football-related activities including OB, Studio and remote production. This will include planning, technical requirements, schedules, crewing and logistics
Effective production planning and reporting for productions
Excellent financial management, maintaining several cost management templates of varying complexity as well as forecasting for each project
Continuous up to date budget reports
Manage all Covid protocols (internally and externally) and ensure that we are following government guidelines
Complete and sign off risk assessments for all events to ensure the safety of all stakeholders as well as enforcing all other health and safety protocols
Ensure completion of pre and post production paperwork
Communicate and work well with all other departments at QTV to ensure smooth delivery of projects and events
Maintain excellent relationships with all stakeholders including clients and contractors Required/Desirable skills
Proven experience of previous PM role
Excellent leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team
Ability to work under pressure, under often changing conditions, to deadlines
Strong financial understanding of multiple projects, budgets, forecasting, CMGRs
Experience of working with multiple teams and events simultaneously with a good instinct for prioritising
Demonstrated proactive approach to problem solving, fault finding and providing solutions
Create efficient workflows and systems, including spreadsheets, purpose built platforms and cost managers
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Exceptional attention to detail
