Nutmeg Productions is looking for a talented Production Manager to join our growing team. You will be working on an exciting range of productions - from corporate films through to branded content and more. This is a full-time opportunity that would be perfect for either an experienced Production Manager, or a great Production Coordinator ready for a new challenge.We are looking for someone with strong production experience. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of productions, booking crew, managing the client, organising filming and necessary documentation as well as staying on top of the production process alongside our producer and editors.You will have solid experience across the whole production process from dealing with clients, producers, animators and editors. We are looking for somebody who is strong on organisational skills and used to working across multiple films at various stages all at the same time! Key responsibilities include:• Managing crews, production schedules, call sheets, cost reports and other key procedures associated within production and delivery of our projects.• Overall management of projects, from pre to post, often on tight turnarounds and tight deadlines• Document and troubleshoot projects • Working with colleagues and external clients• Keeping production calendars up to date with the production process• Writing call sheets and risk assessments• Working closely with our producer, animators and post-production team• Booking travel, accommodation, locations & permits• A broad understanding of the production / post-production process is essentialPersonal specification• Minimum 2+ years' experience as a Production Co-ordinator or Production Manager in a production company or agency • Understanding of the full production process from pre production through to edit and experience in Animation process a plus.• Excellent communication skills • Exceptional project management skills and the ability to work under pressure• Ability to prioritise and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment• Ability to adapt your skills and approach to a broad range of project types• Exceptional people and team management skills• Effective negotiation skills, experienced with managing suppliers • Experience of using project management platform • Strong working knowledge of software packages including MS OfficeSalary from £25k per annum (Depending on Experience)If you feel the role is right for you please send us your CV and someone will be in touch.
