An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Production Manager, Digital & Tour Content at European Tour Productions (ETP). ETP produce and distribute premium digital and broadcast content for the European Tour, The Ryder Cup and The Open.

idely recognised as the industry leader in social and digital content, ETP are a multi-award winning department who specialise in creating entertaining and engaging content for The European Tour's social, digital platforms and beyond. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Production Manager to specifically lead our digital, promotional and tour content team, which will include management of the Ryder Cup.

As a member of the Production Management team, you will be required to oversee the delivery of all projects within the department. Your role will include the scheduling of staff, crew, post production resources and the hire of freelances, defining requirements, making recommendations on efficiencies as well as managing key stakeholders and liaising with our clients. You will be required to update the Production Executive and the finance team with accurate status reports and projected spend.

Reporting to the Production Executive, the successful candidate will have strong communication and organisational skills as well as the ability to work with a production team who are often on site at events. The role requires the supervision of production coordinators with the preparation of call sheets, travel planning,budgets and accurate forecasts for the unit. The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a production environment and ideally some experience of live production processes. Importantly, you will have the ability and aptitude to quickly understand the requirements of the job in relation to different methods of delivery, Health & Safety, Risk Assessments, contracting processes, production insurance and location filming logistics.


PLEASE NOTE: This role may require some travel to locations with the office base in Stockley Park. Weekend work and flexible hours are required.
