An exciting Production Management opportunity has arisen within European Tour Productions. We are looking for a highly motivated, self-starter to work as the team across our international Live Golf Events. We produce and distribute coverage of the European Tour, The Ryder Cup and The Open. In this capacity, ETP has produced the live coverage for hundreds of European Tour events around the world including the last 10 Ryder Cups and The Open since 2016. In 2017, ETP produced over 950 hours of live world feed golf coverage.

As a member of the Production Management team you will be required to manage multiple Outside Broadcasts simultaneously. Your role will include booking crew, managing logistics, and the hire of freelance staff, defining promotor requirements, managing key stakeholders and liaising with our clients.

Reporting to the Head of Production, the successful candidate will have strong communication and organisational skills as well as the ability to work with a large production team who are often on site at events. You will have previous experience in a similar role with the ability to create detailed production budgets and forecasts. The role requires the supervision of production coordinators with their preparation of call sheets and travel planning. The ideal candidate will understand the OB production process which includes knowledge of satellite delivery, Health & Safety, Risk Assessments, production insurance and location filming logistics.

Additional responsibilities will also include regularly updating the Head of Production and Production Finance with status reports and projected spend.

PLEASE NOTE: This role requires regular travel to international Outside Broadcast locations with the office base in Stockley Park. Weekend work and hours will need to be flexible.
