Key Areas of responsibilities:

Communicate clearly and regularly with Producer and Supervising Technical and Creative Team on the production status
Manage the animation and asset delivery to overseas animation vendor/s and in turn their deliveries back.
Manage the weekly visual asset deliveries
Help to plan and troubleshoot the pipeline for the production
Plan with the available resources to optimise the efficiency of each department in line with the schedule
Create and maintain a detailed weekly report for the production of the series and the individual departments
Ensure the production team understand the goals and deadlines of each assignment and key milestone deliveries

Person Specification/Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years' experience in managing Long Form Film/TV or Commercials and/or Animation productions
Strong experience in scheduling and managing Production teams across multiple departments
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Strong troubleshooting skills
Capable of motivating and leading teams with enthusiasm
Comfortable in working to tight deadlines
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particularly Excel (required)
Knowledge of asset tracking and data base software - knowledge of Shotgun beneficial.
