Reporting into the Head of Production, the Production Manager will provide assistance the Senior Producer and Technical Team with the management of the EFL Production Partnership contract

Key Accountabilities

Managing the EFL Production Partnership budget in conjunction with the Senior Producer and Technical Producer
Managing workflows alongside the senior producer and technical producer
Line management & on-the-job training of Production Admin staff, if appropriate
Scheduling and management of all freelance hires and staff overtime
Hiring of freelance staff and contractors, negotiating deals
Managing and coordinating facilities with IMG Studios
Cost tracking and reporting, purchase ordering, post-production paperwork
Clearing archive footage
Liaising with the client/stakeholders of the EFL production partnership
You may also be required to carry out any other duties which are within the scope and purpose of the job
Required Qualifications

Previous production management experience
Strong technical skills and an interest in new technology
Experience of managing production co-ordinators or production assistants
Strong ability to produce a production budget and cost reporting, cost tracking and forecasting
Knowledge of post production, archive and music clearance, insurance, health & safety
Experience in sport production
Previous experience of live programming
Satellite bookings desirable
OB experience desirable
Production technical knowledge desirable
Experience of dealing with sports federations desirable

Working Conditions

This is a fixed term contract position is based in Stockley Park, Uxbridge
Working hours are 40 hours per week
Occasional unsocial hours and weekend work may be required.
