Salary: £19,890 per annum

Do you want to work in a fast-paced television production environment? Are you highly organised with experience in administration?

We are looking for an enthusiastic intern to join the Channel 5 in-house production arm, Elephant House Studios, to help us achieve our very ambitious goals as an integral administrative support to the teams. As Production Management Intern, you will work with the Production teams to provide support and ensure that productions run smoothly, on budget and within schedule. Working across a range of productions you will gain a valuable insight into how a programme is made.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
· Provide administrative support to the Production teams
· Update databases and spreadsheets
· Help in the coordination of shoots
· Post-production paperwork
· Draft call sheets and other production paperwork
· Work as a Runner when needed
· Book travel and accommodation and assist with any other logistical processes for the department

EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE:
· Strong administration skills and experience in working with Excel and Microsoft Office
· Proven planning and organisation skills
· Excellent attention to detail
· A strong team player
