Following an inaugural event last summer jam-packed, CBBC Summer Social returns for 2019 with a new name - BBC Summer Social offering and even bigger and better programme than ever encompassing some of the BBC's best programmes for the whole family.Welcoming up to 25,000 visitors across the two days, the family festival returns to the picturesque setting of Croxteth Country Park, Liverpool on Saturday 3rd and Sunday 4th August 2019.Expect a line-up jam packed with a whole host of live performances, special guests and shows from across the BBC, with live broadcasts across TV, radio and online.New for 2019 will see a split in the programme across the two days, with Saturday's line-up appealing to older children. On the bill will be the very best of CBBC, and a spectacular music concert, featuring big pop headliners!Sunday will be aimed at younger festival goers and their families and will offer an exciting array of performances from some of the biggest names in children's entertainment, amazing experiences, and wonderful adventures - all resulting in a fantastic family day out.Role Responsibility Experience of BBC systems - booking travel/accommodation for team/talent and raising payments. Maintaining a detailed cost tracker for all travel, accommodation and contracts raised. Experience of putting together large documents to capture details required for accreditation, hotel accommodation, catering etc. Assisting the Production Coordinator with processing Child Licences and booking Chaperones. Highly organised with experience of working in a pressurised and challenging environment. Other duties and support as required by Event Producer, Production Manager and Production Coordinator in the office and at the live two day event.Are you the right candidate?You will have excellent organisation and planning skills with the ability to handle multiple requests calmly and effectively. You will have strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. You will be confident in developing strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation and externally. High attention to detail is essential and BBC systems experience would be advantageous.
