Titles include The Next Step, We Bare Bears, Kiri & Lou and Tish Tash.Main ResponsibilitiesIn this role you will provide administrative support to the team, organising production visits, attendance at UK and international markets and providing diary management for the team. You will be the first point of contact for independent production companies, distributors and talent and will provide administrative support for multiple ongoing productions across both CBBC and CBeebies.Responsibilities include:Provide general administrative support for ongoing productionsAssist Production Executives and Co-ordinators in the monitoring of deliverables and attend weekly meetings.Manage diariesArrange meetings, manage room bookings and monitor desk bookings for the teamManage expenses claimsManaging post production paperwork, schedules and book post facilities.Collate audience research and present key audience data for the review and select meetingsOragnise events, promote attendance and the necessary associated diary management.Are you the right candidate?With experience of working in a fast paced production environment, you will demonstrate strong organisational and planning skills and an ability to use systems and adopt new technologies. With a knowledge of the UK production community, you will be an effective team worker and able to find information and resources as required. Business and finance skills are essential, as well as experience of using PowerPoint, Excel, Smartsheets and Google Docs.
