Production Executive

London

We're looking for a strong Production Executive to deliver all of our digital content through the leadership and management of a team of fantastic Production Managers and Coordinators in the most efficient way; on brand, on time and on budget, whilst working closely with the Head of Production in assisting with the management of Non Digital and TV projects as and when required.

A week in the life of a Production Executive may include any or all of the following:
* Supporting the Head of Production in developing, communicating and delivering long term production strategy, planning and processes ensuring group objectives are prioritised, accounting other processes and constraints, including Jamie's food beliefs.
* Driving production conversations with the partnerships, licensing and restaurant team, focussing on finding solutions to their needs whilst ensuring they understand production capabilities
* Being responsible for the delivery of all digital content production, you'll be sitting on the central commissioning team, interrogating briefs, scheduling, budgeting, negotiating non-commercial contracts and agreements, legal and other policy compliance, ensuring all insurance and other risk mitigation policies are in place, production meetings, providing forecasts, updates and reports when required and communicating all of the above to the wider team
* Assisting the Head of Production in overseeing Non Digital and TV projects as and where required; to include acting as a back up resource to these teams, covering absences across these teams etc
* As a line manager you'll develop and hire a diverse and effective Production team.

Requirements
* You'll have extensive experience working in Production at a Senior PM or Production Executive level and a background in delivering branded digital content across a variety of platforms
* You're an approachable member of the team who is collaborative with wider teams, maintains a positive and calm demeanor, with strong communication and people skills, which is why you're an excellent leader of people
* A natural problem solver, you offer solutions, ensuring that best and safe practice is adhered to and have no problem multitasking whilst maintaining attention to detail
* Being incredibly passionate you keep up with industry trends and look for new and exciting ways to deliver the group content strategy, and review processes to see if they can be improved.
