Production Coordinator (Virtual)

London

The Role

We are looking for a talented coordinator to work closely with our Production team, focusing on our virtual production projects.

This position will require you to coordinate the production process, working with our Virtual Production Producers from pitching and planning through to content creation, on-set virtual production, and final delivery.

You'll have experience maintaining spreadsheets, tracking software, and databases and have proven experience working with producers to schedule and track complex productions. Whilst not essential, exposure to industry standard animation processes, 3D assets, real-time render engines, and ShotGrid software is desirable.

You'll need excellent communication, organisational and problem solving skills - as well as the ability to work strategically across multiple deliveries. You'll be an important organizational contact reporting directly into the project's Virtual Production Producer.

Responsibilities
Coordinate multiple projects from pre-production to release, ensuring production pipelines are carried out effectively on all projects to meet an on-time delivery
Schedule and Track all relevant details on a project
Coordinate and maintain detailed communication between the client, vendors and the Dimension teams
Demonstrate exemplary organizational and communication skills with both clients and team members
Ensure the high quality standards and expectations of the Dimension studio are met across all projects

Requirements
You are highly self-motivated and collaborative
You are constantly striving to learn and improve your skills
You can effectively communicate with clients, programmers, artists and other team members

Desirable experience / skills
Experience as a Coordinator within a relevant industry (VFX, Post Production, Gaming)
Proven experience coordinating and tracking projects to completion
A good understanding of either Real-Time, Games and/or VFX production
Practical on-set experience
Experience within a VFX, post production, or gaming production environment
Experience with databases and tracking software
Experience is Google and/or Microsoft productivity tools
