Production Coordinator
Uxbridge
Now in its 7th Year of production at IMG, UEFA Champions League Weekly delivers to Broadcasters all over the world a run of 32 programmes a year during the football season, wrapped up with an hour long review show at the end of the competition. Additionally, the UEFA department produces 17 programmes around the UEFA Europa League. This production is broadcast worldwide ahead of each round of games by all competition rights-holders. With an average of 10 shoots per week filmed all over the world, the shows consist of player profile interviews and stylised match reviews during each stage of the competition. In addition to the magazine shows, the UEFA department produces many Ad Hoc projects throughout the season, which require additional budgets, shoots and edits.
The Production Coordinator will be a key figure in the department, assisting the Production Manager and the wider production team. Duties will include organising domestic and international shoots by booking crew and kit, ensuring risk assessments are properly created by Producers as well as booking travel arrangements (including filming permits, carnets and accreditation) for the crew and sending out call sheets. Other responsibilities will include booking post-production facilities; clearing footage and music as well as processing production payments. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in setting up and organising single and multi-camera shoots; cost-tracking and producing small production budgets and completing relevant post-production paperwork.
PLEASE NOTE: Fortnightly late night shifts to attend the program voiceover will also be required. Occasional travel to UK and European destinations may be required. Applications close on Tuesday 3rd September 2019 at 11:59PM BST.
