European Tour Productions are looking for a positive, professional and highly organised Production Coordinator to assist the Production and Editorial teams with the coordination of live Outside Broadcasts, Highlights, documentaries, promos and short features.

ETP produce and distribute coverage of the European Tour, The Ryder Cup and The Open. In this capacity, ETP has produced the live coverage for hundreds of European Tour events around the world including the last ten Ryder Cups and The Open since 2016. In 2018, ETP produced over 950 hours of live world feed golf coverage.

The Production Coordinator will be responsible for organising shoots, preparing call sheets and risk assessments; looking after all travel arrangements for crew and contributors; managing small shoot / edit / archive budgets; clearing archive material and music; ensuring all post-production paperwork is completed and filed appropriately and cost tracking, raising purchase orders and processing invoices for all resources and freelancers.

The successful candidate will have previous experience within the production environment, demonstrating knowledge of arranging international shoots; excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal); experience of cost tracking and producing small production budgets and knowledge and understanding of production workflows. Experience in a customer-facing role, including supporting crew on location would be desirable.

PLEASE NOTE: Travel to shoots will be required, as well as working unsociable hours/ weekend work may be necessary. You may also be required to travel overseas for shoots. This role will be based at Stockley Park, Uxbridge. Applications close on Friday 30th August 2019 at 11:59PM BST.
