Reporting to the Production Manager, the Production Coordinator will provide key production co-ordination and assistance for Premier League Core programming and across the Premier League Productions team.

Key responsibilities organizing UK and International shoots: crewing camera operators, sourcing locations, talent and props; booking voiceovers, editors and all post production facilities; ensuring Risk Assessments are properly created by the relevant Producer; creating Call sheets and being point of contact for crew out of office hours and clearing Archive footage and Music where applicable. Other responsibilities include booking talent & arranging travel; completing PAP postproduction paperwork and cost tracking on a daily basis.

Applicants must have previous experience as a Production Assistant along with experience of setting up/organizing single camera shorts - including carnets. Experience of cost tracking and producing budgets is essential, as is experience of dealing with Health and Safety paperwork and Risk Assessments.

PLEASE NOTE: The role will at times will require work on weekends if necessary and over Christmas/Bank holidays. This role will on a fixed term contract until May 2019 and will be based in Stockley Park, Uxbridge.
