Reporting to Production Management, the Production Coordinator will provide key production co-ordination and assistance to the Production Managers in the central area, working across a range of productions.

Key responsibilities will include providing key production assistance and support across a range of productions including budgeting, contracting and general administrative duties; ensuring risk assessments are properly created by the relevant Producer; creating call sheets and relevant production paperwork; keeping track of relevant costs with the Accounts Assistant and acting as the point of contact for internal and external clients. The successful candidate will be also be responsible for supporting with pitching for new business and providing general administrative support.

Applicants must have previous experience as a Production Assistant along with experience of cost tracking; producing call sheets, Health and safety paperwork and risk assessments. Experience or knowledge of SAP or Field glass would be highly advantageous.

PLEASE NOTE: The role will at times will require work on weekends if necessary and over Christmas/Bank holidays. This role is a fixed term contract and will be based in Stockley Park, Uxbridge.
