Position: Production Coordinator
Contract: Fixed Term (12 Months)

Reporting to the Production Manager, the successful candidate will assist with the coordination of the R&A Golf Productions, including live OBs, highlights, documentaries, promos and short features.

Responsibilities will include organising shoots, booking freelancers, preparing call sheets and risk assessments, looking after all travel arrangements for crew and contributors, managing small shoot / edit / archive budgets, clearing archive material and music, and ensuring all post-production paperwork is completed and filed appropriately. Additional responsibilities will include, keeping financial records throughout the production, to ensure accurate cost reporting as well as managing floats and reconciliations.

The successful candidate will also independently manage smaller projects from pre-production, through to delivery.

Applicants must have experience of setting up single and multi-camera shoots, and producing pre and post-production paperwork. Experience of raising and reconciling floats is essential, as well as raising purchase orders, invoices/expenses and payment forms. Knowledge of SAP and clearing archive/music material is desirable.

Applicants must have the ability to multi-task, working across several projects at once. They will work well under pressure, managing and prioritizing their workload effectively.

PLEASE NOTE: Applicants must be free to work on location when required. Some unsociable hours and weekend work.

This role will be based at our Uxbridge office in Stockley Park.
