Assisting the Production Manager and editorial team, the Production Coordinator will be primarily working on the CNN living Golf series which is a 12-episode presenter led edited program.

The Production Coordinator will be responsible for organising domestic and international shoots, preparing call sheets and risk assessments; looking after all travel arrangements for crew and contributors; arranging carnets, visas, post production edit and delivery/ archive budgets; clearing archive material and music; ensuring all post-production paperwork is completed and filed appropriately and cost tracking accurately, raising purchase orders and processing invoices for all resources and freelancers.

The successful candidate will have previous experience within the production environment, demonstrating a good of knowledge international shoots; excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal); experience of cost tracking and producing small production budgets and knowledge and understanding of production workflows. Experience in a customer-facing role, including supporting crew on location would be desirable.

PLEASE NOTE: Working unsociable hours and weekends may be required. This is a fixed term contract and will be based at Stockley Park.
