Production Coordinator (Spanish-speaking)

London

Overview
To manage a specified number of feeds across EMEA & UK including coordinating new promos, reversions, presentation and delivery to play out.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage all production and post-production sessions, according to the production schedule across the allocated feed for new promos, reversions and presentation items
* Ensure that bookings are correctly entered in to Farmers Wife, according to the production schedule
* Ensure that facilities staff receive all relevant material and that any changes to schedules are communicated
* In conjunction with the Production Manager, devise and adhere to forward planning documents relating to production cycle of the allocated feeds
* Liaise with relevant stakeholders, ensuring that all key departments are kept informed of production activity
* Attend the monthly make list, production, kick off and scheduling meetings, ensuring that information is accurately communicated and managed through post production
* Work closely with the Senior Promotions Coordinator and Media Planners to ensure that the commissioned monthly promos are produced and that any schedule changes are noted
* Ensure that unique project codes are correct for Farmers Wife and Interplay
* In conjunction with the Production Manager, schedule creative edits, ensuring all relevant content is ordered and ingested, bookings are accurate and that edits run to time allocated
* Work closely with the Production Manager and Creative Director to ensure that all channel brand guidelines are adhered to, updating the post production team during period of refresh or rebranding
* Ensure that all work is technically and content compliant, working closely with the NBCU compliance team
* Ensure that the creative/freelancers label their projects and save scripts correctly and that all standard housekeeping is managed
* Oversee all audio sessions relating to the feeds, booking voiceovers and managing voiceover tracking forms as required
* Manage the localisation process including liaising with external agencies and territory marketing managers, updating databases and keeping to the time allocated for language versioning
* Manage timely delivery to play out flagging any concerns with late delivery to the relevant parties
* QC of files and oversee of file all file delivery for promos and supporting documentation is checked, attached and delivered
* Raising Purchase orders & reporting back to Director of Production for reconciliation
* Working on Ad Hoc projects with the Director of Production
* Booking Voice over artists and any external facilities
* Organising Famers Wife bookings for UK team and liaising with Post Production Manager and Production Manager if issues with booking clashes

Qualifications/Requirements
Skills & Experience:
* Proven knowledge and experience gained in a broadcast promotions environment, ideally within an EMEA team
* Experience with language coordination and language versioning
* Highly organised & keen problem solver
* A keen interest in the understanding of the on-air production cycle and a willingness to learn
* Quick learner
* Knowledge / interest in On air promotions and the production process
* Flexible work approach, with great communication skills
* Accuracy with great attention to detail
* Remain calm under pressure and work to tight deadlines and ability to manage multiple projects
* Excellent administration and organisational skills
* Keen eye for detail
* Some budgetary experience beneficial, but not absolutely necessary as training will be provided.
