JOB TITLE Production Co-Ordinator

REPORTING TO: Production Manager

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE:
Brown Bag Films are looking to employ the role of Production Co-Ordinator to oversee a number of
different departments across a large team. This is a full time fixed term position and will appeal to
someone who is very organized, loves a challenge and has previous experience of a large scale TV
production.

Key Areas of Responsibilities:
Create and maintain the weekly schedules in-line with the Production Manager's Master
Schedule.
Maintain the schedule on a day-today basis to ensure all assignments are on track, using micro-schedules where necessary.
May be required to line manage a PA and oversee their task list, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the standard required.
Help to troubleshoot any issues that arise throughout the production pipeline.
Escalate any issues to the Production Manager that will affect the Master Schedule.
Weekly reporting of the current status of production to the Production Manager.
Be the first point of contact for Lead and Artist teams.
Maintain shotgun approval groups.
Arrange and lead meetings with teams.
Liaise with client

Person Specification/Requirements:
A solution driven attitude.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Experience of scheduling.
Experience in Shotgun or similar software desirable.
2-3 years working in a fast-paced production environment for TV and/or Film.
Animation experience desirable.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office essential.
Client facing experience desirable.
Ability to prioritise own time and assist with the time-management of others.
To be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
