Production Coordinator

London, Plymouth

A bit about this role

You will be responsible for supporting the Production Manager and the whole production team working on a high profile branded content series filming all over the world The role involves working closely with the Production Manager and supporting them by arranging all production bookings and logistics, keeping an accurate record of all bookings expenditure, float reconciliation, supporting the producers and production team so they work efficiently, and ensuring health and safety regulations are adhered to with all relevant risk assessments carried out.

What you will be doing

Production bookings - booking international crews, kit, VO artists, animators/ graphic designers
Production logistics - travel, accommodation, visas, immunisations, carnets, call sheets, securing locations, couriers, risk assessments
Keeping an accurate record of all project expenditure including raising purchase orders and keeping a PO log up to date.
Assisting the office-based Producer with any logistical or clerical responsibilities i.e. scheduling meetings etc
Responsible for supporting and collating client shoot paperwork e.g. Production Bibles

Understanding of budget management
Knowledge of process from the development to delivery of a project.
